Domestic Shipping within the USA
Within country orders are shipped via UPS Ground or the United States Postal Service. Customers can choose to purchase expedited service such as UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air Saver at the time of checkout.
Note: Expedited shipping services such as these does not mean expedited processing times. For customers needing faster processing times, please contact us directly and we will do our very best to accomodate.
Non-personalized orders are generally shipped within 2 business days, and personalized orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. If an item ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail and/or telephone as soon as possible. Shipping may be delayed on orders requiring verification such as custom photo use, or orders that do not pass our fraud screening process. Billing addresses that do not match the address on file with your credit card company, alternate shipping addresses, etc. may be cause for delay. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days for shipping purposes, so please take that into account when selecting delivery options and estimating delivery times.
Shipping costs (both domestic and international) are non-refundable on all orders unless we make an error.
International Shipping outside the USA
We have now partnered with comGateway to provide reliable international shipping at the best prices possible using Federal Express and DHL. Look for the Global Checkout button after completing your order in the shopping cart. You will then be directed to comGateway's Global Checkout secure website where you can "Checkout as Guest" and complete your billing and shipping information. For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, yubo is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. yubo is not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. Shipping costs (both domestic and international) are non-refundable on all orders unless we make an error.
We cannot accept returns on personalized products. In the case of a yubo error, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit toward a future purchase, or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
If you need to return an item, "Sign in" (found in the upper right section of the website) to access your account, click on "Completed Orders", then click on "Return Items" and follow the instructions from there. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
