Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, yubo is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. Yubo is not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with noncompliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We ask that you return the items in its original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on personalized products. In the case of a yubo error, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit toward a future purchase, or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

If you need to return an item, "Sign in" (found in the upper right section of the website) to access your account, click on "Completed Orders", then click on "Return Items" and follow the instructions from there. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
